How do you ensure authenticity?

We professionally authenticate each item before it earns a spot on our site. We guarantee authenticity on each and every one of our items with our Lifetime Guarantee Policy. To read the full policy, click here.

    How long is shipping and delivery?

    Every purchase is shipped within 24 hours of order placement. We use USPS and sometimes UPS if it's a large item. Delivery time is 2-4 days. 

      What is your return policy?

      There is a 3 day window to open a return request in the returns portal. After the 72 hour window has passed, only store credit may be offered up until the seventh day. No exceptions will be made outside of the window. 

      To be eligible for a return, a return request must be opened within 72 hours of your delivery time. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, return tag still attached, with all inclusions, and in its original packaging.

      Please note, there is a 10% restocking fee.

      I made an offer on an item, why don't I see a response? 

      Most offer responses are sent immediately and will never take more than 8 hours to receive. If you still don't see a response from us after 8 hours, please check junk or spam inboxes.

        What will my purchase come with?

        Inclusions vary per item. One item might have the original box and dustbag while another item might not. However, every item will come with an authenticity certificate.

            How long does payment take once you receive my item? 

            Once we receive your item, it immediately goes into inspection and authentication. Payouts never take longer than 48 hours. 

              How do you pay me?

              When you accept our offer, we'll send you a payment form along with the pre-paid shipping label. On the payment form, you choose how you would like to be paid. The options are Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and check. 

                How am I guaranteed payment?
