There is a 3 day window to open a return request in the returns portal. After the 72 hour window has passed, only store credit may be offered up until the seventh day. No exceptions will be made outside of the window. 


To be eligible for a return, a return request must be opened within 72 hours of your delivery time. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, return tag still attached, with all inclusions, and in its original packaging.

Once the return tag is cut off, a return will not be accepted. 

We will send you a prepaid shipping label to use. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 72 hours of receiving the approval and return label. After the 72 hour window, the label will be voided.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


If you choose to make an exchange, the exact dollar amount of the original purchase may be used towards a different item. If the item you are exchanging for costs less, the extra money will be put onto a gift card and sent to you via email.


We will notify you once we’ve received and carefully inspected your return. When the refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
